| Fidelis has contributed strategic vision and guidance for more than 30 years to new technology projects and products. He founded and served as President and CEO of SEI Information Technology, which rose to become the 7th largest consulting firm in Chicago under his direction. Additionally, Fidelis plays a leading role in a variety of local civic organizations and institutions, and sits on the Board of Trustees of Loyola University Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Fidelis started as a CPU Specialist at IBM World Trade Corporation, and then went on to work in a Software Engineering capacity for the American Medical Association, the American Hospital Association, and Amoco. Fidelis has an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Applied Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. | ||||||

| Ray currently oversees the financial operations and human resources functions at Versay. Ray brings over 13 years of financial experience in various roles within the cable television and telecommunications industries, specifically in acquisition finance, corporate planning and analysis, controllership and treasury. Prior to Versay, Ray was the Director of Finance at MetaTV, an interactive-TV company, which was ultimately sold to TV Works, a joint-venture between Comcast and Cox Communications. Prior to MetaTV, Ray was the Director of Finance for Wink Communications, an interactive-TV company based in San Francisco, CA. In that role, he was integral to the company's Initial Public Offering and was ultimately sold to Liberty Media Group. Prior to Wink, Ray was employed as the Manager of Treasury Operations at InterMedia Partners, a series of six partnerships formed to acquire and operate cable television systems in the U.S. (10th largest MSO). The partnerships generated $750M in annual revenues and was sold to Paul Allen of Charter Communications in 1997. Ray received a MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a BBA in Finance from James Madison University. | ||||||
